Remarks

This is the main object used by an XDS Source actor, or an XDS Combined Source and Repository actor, and it represents a XDS Submission Set. It may also be used:

by a repository or XDR source/recipient
when retrieving details of Submission sets from the registry

In an XCA environment the HomeCommunityID value is used for retrieval
