This class holds all the meta data for a document and also (optionally) the actual document itself (as a byte array in the Data property).

It is used in the following scenarios:

• Submission
  Added to the XdsSubmissionSet.Documents collection.
• Registry Queries
  In the resulting XdsQueryResponse.ReturnedDocuments collection
• Retrieval
  In the resulting XdsRetrieveResponse.Documents collection

It if also used in similar ways in reverse in server applications.
