    Public PropertyActualLevelsThe number of decomposition levels actually used. If Levels is -1, then a default value (currently 5 but subject to change) is used.  
    Public PropertyForJpip Specify useful values for subsequent JPIP usage  
    Public PropertyLayers The number of quality layers to use.  
    Public PropertyLevels The number of decomposition levels to use  
    Public PropertyLossy Whether lossy compression is to be used.  
    Public PropertyPrecinctSize JPEG 2000 precinct size  
    Public PropertyProgression The order in which to output the packets  
    Public PropertyRate The inverse of the compresion rate
