Controls the Monitor Mode of the Screen the image is being displayed

Remarks

Controls special modes for use with unusual monitors

The only modes currently defined are:

0: Normal
1: Totoku 15 MP Portrait mode

The Totoku mode is for a 15 MegaPixel monitor which uses the “colour” pixel to increase the spatial resolution in one dimension.
If set to Totoku mode, then the Part14Max and Part14Min values should be set to ensure proper calibration.
